Flexible cables for light moving service, for installation in house rooms, kitchens, offices, ...., for the power supply to portable electrical appliances subject to slight mechanical strain, such as radio sets and table lamps, office machines. Not suitable for cooking and heating appliances. Not suitable for outdoor use, in industrial or agricultural buildings, or for portable non household appliances, admitted in tailoring and dressmaking shops and other analogous places. The cable with 0.5 sq. mm. cross section can be used for small portable appliances after authorisation of the specifications regarding the same. The use and the notes regarding the cable H05VV-F are valid for this type of cable with the section 0.75. The cables with light sheath can be used when a great flexibility is required, so long as there are no particular risks of mechanical damage. In cases of frequent bending or torsional stress, the round cable is recommended instead of the flat ones.
